Brockham Angling Society – Membership Renewals 2024-25
We will update this page during the 2024 renewals window with more information or tips!
The ClubMate system is now being used by BAS for its membership administration. ClubMate is available online via the web at https://brockhamanglingsociety.clubmate.co.uk/ or via an APP downloaded from the AppStore to your smart phone or tablet or by scanning the QR Code here
Login to ClubMate using the email address that BAS holds for you i.e. the one you’ve received BAS communications or instructions to. At the first login, you’ll be emailed a verification code to re-enter and forced to set up a password.
You can then adjust your profile – name / address / date of birth etc and add a photograph. Ideally a head and shoulders, passport style similar to that used in the existing membership card that will enable a landowner or club member to identify you.
This becomes your “BAS membership card”, thus pictures of avatars, pets etc are not acceptable. You might also choose to keep the old paper membership card in your fishing bag or a printout of your dashboard after renewal, if you don’t have a mobile phone, tend to forget it or it always runs out of battery!
If you don’t have the facility to upload a photo, drop a message to chairman@brockhamanglingsociety.co.uk and we shall work something out for you. But please continue to follow the instructions below to renew your membership.
Your existing membership should now be shown on your “dashboard” with a “Renew” option thus
Membership is due on 1st June, your renewal window will be open until 1st Aug after which spare or relinquished membership will be opened to new joining members. So act soon by clicking “RENEW”
Click Renew Now to be taken to the Renewal options open to you and choose the correct option.
Confirm your selection and follow the payment instructions, if you pay by card, a receipt will be emailed immediately and your new renewed membership will be visible. ClubMate card payments are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
Payments made by bank transfer to Brockham Angling Society 20-23-97 90091375 using your name as reference will need to be processed by a committee member before your renewed membership is shown on the dashboard. A payment type of “Cash” should be selected for this OR for payments by cheque which should be sent to “BAS Treasurer, 15 Oakdene Close, Brockham RH3 7JZ” together with a clear note of your name and address so that the payment can be allocated to your Clubmate account.
The new gate code for the pond (changed on 1st June) will be distributed via a message on Clubmate and an email to members who’ve renewed.
